This research paper from Adobe researched 1.7 billion visits to retail, media and travel sites – the aim was to understand the impact Social Media has on website traffic.

Main findings were:

  • first click = higher value
  • Facebook is No. 1 Social referrer
  • learn how to use Stumbleupon. Now!
  • if you’re in retail, stop ignoring Pinterest
